Rules & Terms
The raffle runs November 1 through December 31, 2026, and winners will be announced January 1, 2027. Payment instructions appear on the raffle page when entries open.

Participant’s $100 selection
Participants may designate their $100 payment for one of the following options:

Raffle entry

Return of funds: request that the $100 be returned after the 18-month construction is completed

Donation
Raffle or money back is an either/or choice, confirmed by a checkbox at entry. Donations are a separate solicitation.
Limit: 5 raffle entries per person. Raffle cap: 3,000 numbered spots.

Prizes
Grand prizes

Two winners will each receive a Catskills vacation consisting of one week per year for five years.

Instead of the vacation benefit, each grand-prize winner may request $5,000. This choice must be made at the time of the winning draw.
Glamping prizes

Fifty winners will each receive one glamping night for two guests.

A tent and food are included.

Glamping dates will be assigned or selected according to the order in which winners are determined, subject to availability.
Reward access is expected to begin March 2028, and may be ready for the 2027 holiday season.

Guest limits and transportation

Grand-prize vacation stays are for up to four guests.

Glamping stays are for two guests.

Additional guests may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to approval and availability.

Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the property.

Supporter appreciation benefit
All participants will receive a 20% discount for three years on future vacation stays, farmers market harvests, and eligible products offered by the LLC. The discount benefit is intended to begin in December 2027.
Early supporters are also planned to be recognized, for example on a wall or plaque.

Volunteer program
A volunteer program may accommodate up to four people at a time. Food and beverages will be provided, along with a five-gallon gas credit. The program is intended for people who have skills or can provide technical assistance. Volunteers may receive free vacation nights in return.
The program is not active yet. It will begin once the greenhouses are built, and people who have signed up will be contacted then. Learn more

Timing and availability
The raffle opens November 1, 2026 and closes December 31, 2026, with winners announced January 1, 2027. Benefits are scheduled to begin in December 2027 and thereafter. All stays and program dates are subject to availability.
Stays are scheduled over time rather than for all winners at once, in the order winners are determined and within limited seasonal capacity. If a preferred date is unavailable, winners will be offered the next available dates. Final scheduling details will be confirmed with each winner.
